Inspired by the evolving residential typology of Mebusevleri, my design embraces the concept of “continuum” by seamlessly connecting public, private, and transitional spaces.
The layered structure with stepped volumes and overlapping roof planes responds to the natural topography, using its levels to create a flowing transition between spaces. This approach reflects the adaptive needs of modern living while maintaining a connection to historical spatial hierarchies.
The design addresses the challenge of creating an open yet private environment by integrating terraces, natural light, and flexible zones. By prioritizing user comfort and flexibility, the design fosters a harmonious living space that supports daily activities and personal retreats.
