In this project, our aim was to design a residential unit for our chosen user and an additional rental unit, which would all be located in the Mebusevleri Neighborhood. The user of this design is a multipotentialite person with many hobbies and creative pursuits. This design aims to create fertile spaces, which are located around the core, to help evolve its young user. The core of the design is the double-height living room integrated with the staircase. The neighborhood is fertile, and the design aims to enhance it by using greenery on the exterior and interior. Chosen materials also show the continuation of the neighborhood.
