This project offers communal living, in which everything is communicating within continuous flow. With the usage of omitting and adding ideas, the passages are arranged around the central portico and courtyard which is embedded to the ground. By extending these passages, communal and private spaces are defined within the flow which create flexible open plan. Planting workshops, ceramic workshops and study areas are located in the continuation of the passages and linked to the private spaces. While the communal living is intertwined with the privacy, thresholds are defined to set boundaries between them. The ideas of projection and the recession of spaces are utilized to create horizontal boundaries while mezzanines are being used for the vertical ones. Green Area is located in between the podium level and the first floor of the private areas and works as a threshold between them. Moreover, to create continuous flow in the whole system this green area is directly linked to the podium level and the first level of private spaces. To create playful facade, Roman bricks are used in the openings with the usage of whole brick facade. For the passages and semi open areas perforated material is used to create more welcoming effect.
