The co-housing project is grounded in the principles of neutral – private space articulation, integration, flexibility, and optimization.Neutral spaces adapt to diverse activities, fostering interaction while addressing isolation and inefficiency. These spaces act as connective tissue, seamlessly integrating private and public realms to enhance circulation and social engagement. Flexibility ensures the design responds to evolving needs, accommodating various scales and uses. Optimization eliminates wasted space, creating a balanced relationship between human activity and spatial utility. The inclusion of public areas beneath the living spaces further reinforces interaction, encouraging both residents and visitors to share, connect, and build a sense of community.
