This project revolves around the concept of core. The units are articulated based on a main core, which serve as vertical circulation and service hubs, incorporating shared functions for occupants. These units are arranged around a central public core, which contains distinct public functions in separate masses. The units connect to these public spaces via slabs, which not only facilitate circulation but also provide additional functions for users, optimizing space usage. The complex features two main entrances at different ground levels: 4.5 meters and 0.0 meters. The 0.0-meter ground floor acts as a vibrant bazaar or podium, supporting public activities and enhancing the site’s accessibility and functionality.
