Tectonic hub is an innovative architectural project that combines modern, community-focused living with sustainability. Modular units are arranged in an interlocking pattern, connected by curved platforms that integrate private and shared spaces. Each floor features co-working zones to encourage collaboration, while the podium includes amenities like a gym, cafe, library, and exhibition hall. Designed with eco-friendly materials such as wood, recycled metal, and titanium dioxide railings, the building promotes environmental responsibility. Solar panels and green spaces reduce the carbon footprint, creating a dynamic, sustainable environment where private living, work, and social interaction coexist harmoniously.
