Design of the housing complex is focusing on the flexibility. We focused on designing a system that allows dwellers to circulate smoothly between first and third places. Common units create an inbetween privacy for users to socialize and inhabit. Modularity of the gridal system allows us to grow the units and clusters for different functions. Clusters are specialized for students, individuals and families. Public units are located at the ground floor as podiums and at the top of the units as roofs and shelters. The articulation of the form allows ceilings to turn into green roofs and terraces for dwellers to socialize and relax. Site is articulated and a level difference created.
