The Green Divide

The project focuses on solving the privacy concerns caused by nearby high-rise buildings and project restrictions. To achieve this, curvilinear green walls followed by trees were proposed to create a green visual barrier, along with a park and pedestrian pathway connecting Ayten and Şerefli streets to create sort of a visual illusion for outsiders.

Two main buildings were designed based on the property owner’s preferences, with one intended for rental. Between them, are linear spaces which feature a collector’s museum, model train area, and bar, reflecting the owner’s hobbies. The project aims to foster a stronger bond between the tenant and the owner while offering a social and private environment.
