The Frame explores openness through a bold wood frame structure that emphasizes flexibility and adaptability. It integrates with the urban fabric, blending the city’s liveliness into a vertical, three-dimensional form. Designed to evolve with the city, The Frame supports reconfiguration over time. Currently, it combines social and housing functions: social layers host offices, workshops, lecture halls, cafes, and stores, while housing units, connected via bridges, provide diverse accommodations for NGO representatives and families. At ground level, a sunken plaza leads to an exhibition, café, and conference hall, while frames extend to create adaptable shopfronts, activity spaces, and resting areas.
