The project is a thematic library centered around drawings, located in İstanbul, Moda. The primary aim is to change people’s perspectives on drawing. The building’s unique design incorporates a scissor movement, allowing it to take advantage of the surrounding views and receive ample sunlight through its facades. Additionally, aluminum louvers encircle the building, varying in density from dense to less dense, effectively regulating sunlight exposure while adding to the library’s aesthetic appeal.
Moreover, the library features two terraces of different sizes. Upon entering, visitors will find the lower levels offer more social spaces, fostering interaction and engagement. As they ascend, the library gradually transitions to more private and intimate spaces, providing a diverse and immersive experience for its users.
