In this project, we aimed to create a co-housing complex in Birlik Mahallesi district that experiments with the public and private spaces and their relationship in terms of enhancing the experience in thresholds. We started with our units and formed clusters within the process. In our units, we tried to achieve modularity while creating level differences to serve the flexibility ideology of mass-housing designs. Moreover, we formed main cores which enrich the sharing policy of social-housing projects by assigning common functions to them. In our further decisions, we considered sustainability besides the design principles.
