The project is located in Konak, İzmir, on a site reserved for cultural and social facilities by the Municipality of İzmir. This is the area of ancient Smyrna, holding many important archaeological excavation sites, and historical places of later periods. The site is adjacent to the Ancient Theatre on the East and Kadifekale on the Southeast. The project aims to create a connection between the frequently visited historical places, archaeological sites, and the surrounding residential area. The concept of the design is based on settling on the steep slope with modest changes in the topography, leading the visitors who step into the site to the top by the movement of masses, ramps, and platforms.
