This project aims to approach the historic city center of Ankara, Ulus, with a focus on the human aspects and factors of change. Due to its surroundings, the site is prone to become another boarder. As a result, the site is treated in a way that would be welcoming to the factor of change and the main mass itself would allow public functions to thrive. This is aimed to be achieved by dividing up the main mass, creating a passageway between the two streets, opening up public functions in the ground floor and providing flexibility in the main halls.
