Re-Loop is a building complex that invites people from all directions –from a festival area and from an urban edge– by the public indoor-outdoor cores, terraces, outdoor stairs and ramps. This complex not only connects urban edge and festival area, but it also connects its own functions by two bridges working as a part of both the continuous circulation and the design. The complex consists of a research center from the north side, and a clubhouse, a community center and a mediatheque from the south side.
