For the co-housing complex, a main unit that provides accommodation for 8 people is designed, forming around a central core that works as a living room. The unit is adaptable to different scenarios with different amounts of users thanks to the concept of flexibility. Flexibility is provided with special furniture designs used as partitions. By changing its hosting capacity or layout, different combinations of the main unit are created to form multiple complexes. These complexes unite as clusters, forming courtyards. Between all the complexes an uncut circulation is provided. According to the public-private thresholds and their contribution to the circulation, the functions of the units vary in different floors of the complexes.
