Firstly, we developed a unit and derived new variations from it. Then, we create an articulation with all these unit types. Rather than the units we developed common gathering and semi-public spaces for users because units consist of few functions inside of them. This development was in both horizontal and vertical direction. After the development thresholds occurred between these units and these spaces are arose from these thresholds. However, due to insufficient proportions of these thresholds, we developed another urban threshold which consists of larger spaces.
