Spectrum Housing is a co-housing project for children with autism spectrum disorders. There are educational and treatment areas for children. The main aim is to create a comfortable environment for children and make them independent individuals, so the art ateliers are the interaction points of children and public. The painting materials are made with the flowers and vegetables produced in the site. Also, the flowers, especially lavender and vanilla, are produced mostly at the commercial areas since children need relaxing smells to feel comfortable in crowded spaces. The whole project can be seen as an aromatherapy center. Children with ASD, their families and teachers have the opportunity to live in different unit types provided only for them.
