This design developed around the idea of “Connecting Social and Private Life”. The user loves crowded life and summer private events. To achieve this design, level differences were utilized within the project, and through the angular form of the building and the creation of courtyards, both private and public living spaces were established. The private areas were positioned at the rear of the site and elevated to ensure separation from public zones. The swimming pool, designed for summer activities, was divided into two parts, allowing for both private and public use. Window openings were set deeper within the façade on the south, east, and west elevations to reduce excessive sunlight, while on the north façade they were extended outward to maximize natural daylight intake. The house was designed in an industrial style, using materials such as metal deck, timber, and concrete.
