This project reinterprets the micro-dwelling typology through clustered living units that promote shared use and community engagement. Inspired by early Soviet communal housing, the proposal minimizes individual units, defining them primarily as sleeping and storage cells, while social and productive activities take place in collective spaces. This spatial logic recalls communal house and monastic typologies, where individual cells coexist with strongly articulated shared areas. Circulation is organized around a central niche that mediates transitions from public to private spaces. The podium level anchors the project to the topography and extends communal life toward the city through public and semi-public programs.
