Mind Prop Hub

Mind Prob Hub: Lifelong Learning Center with Elderly Accommodation

Learning is often linked to formal institutions and fixed time frames, but it is, in fact, an essential and ongoing process that begins early in life and continues throughout one’s lifetime for progress. Thus, learning is a prop for mental progress and health, and is a lifelong journey.
In 2025 Spring, Arch 202 project was grounded in this fundamental principle. The objective was to design a dynamic hub that caters to individuals of all ages. The hub would feature lifelong learning spaces, welcoming communal spaces for the surrounding neighborhood and offer comfortable accommodations for elderly residents who need communal support. The final design aimed to address three core components: fostering learning, teaching, and experiential growth for people at various stages of life in a collaborative environment; promoting social interaction and community engagement; and ensuring privacy, health services, and overall well-being for the elderly who live there permanently.
