The layout includes both the homeowner’s private space and a short-term rental unit, offering flexibility for various needs. The material palette highlights the simplicity of concrete, while wood and glass elements enhance transparency and spatial separation. The overall design aims to create a harmonious and tranquil environment, promoting creativity and connection with the natural surroundings, all within the context of Mebusevleri’s evolving urban landscape.
