Art House

The design project, located in the Mebusevleri neighborhood, focuses on creating a serene and inspiring space for an artist, emphasizing natural light, visual connection, and integration with nature. A key feature is a double-space glass studio, which invites ample daylight, fostering creativity and artistic expression. The layout includes both the homeowner’s private space and a short-term rental unit, offering flexibility for various needs. The material palette highlights the simplicity of concrete, while wood and glass elements enhance transparency and spatial separation. The overall design aims to create a harmonious and tranquil environment, promoting creativity and connection with the natural surroundings, all within the context of Mebusevleri’s evolving urban landscape.
