The Functional Art Complex unites learning, living, and art in a vibrant community. Anchored by a dynamic school building, it features shared art studios, photography labs, classrooms, seminar rooms, exhibition spaces, cafes, shops, and social hubs.
Dormitories and guesthouses provide adaptable living spaces for students, educators, and artists, balancing privacy and socialization.
Built on the concept of “openness”, the project fosters interaction through its steel structural system, enabling flexible spaces, visual interaction of different uses and seamless integration of functions.
This is more than a complex—it’s a space where creativity thrives, connections deepen, and life and art converge.
