Polka Dot in Space is an art festival held at Bilkent University, featuring two brilliant artist Yayoi Kusama and James Turrell. Kusama’s art is all about dots and their healing effect when it’s collaborated with art, while Turrell’s works merge light and space. Visitors can experience both in this festival. They can visit Kusama’s exhibition and participate in her workshops to experience her art, or immerse themselves in Turrell’s light and space installations. For those seeking relaxation, the festival offers three public and private gathering spaces to enjoy art in nature.
