The Yuva revitalizes neglected industrial remains in Famagusta by establishing a dialogue between heritage and contemporary architecture. Existing deteriorated linear structures are preserved as the project’s foundation, maintaining their original axes and spatial rhythm. A new architectural volume interlocks with these historical traces, completing the site’s fragmented narrative. While the front responds to the context through a linear composition, the rear gradually transforms into an organic geometry. This deliberate contrast between the rigid industrial past and the fluid contemporary intervention defines The Yuva’s identity, creating a dynamic environment that supports collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
