The design is based on the contradiction of rigid borders of laws and urban life with universal rights. All the NGO’s that are placed in the hub have the extension of “without borders” which leads the design to break down the borders with dematerialization and also with extension over the site. Organization of the design is inspired from the water element in Porsuk River which maintains internal integrity and laminarity which is linked to NGO’s that allow information through obstacles. In this regard; spatially, the design replaces unconnected functions with interpenetrated qualities.
