The project offers living spaces that provide privacy and comfort, while immediately beside it stands a glass tower that acts as the heart, almost drawing people toward itself, accompanied by the welcoming glass stage. Within the tower and stage, large-scale fabrics are incorporated, contributing to acoustic and thermal balance while simultaneously adding an artistic quality to the space. Hence, the glass structures serve as performative and exhibition-oriented spaces, functioning as concert and gathering centers for artists, gaining strength from differences in elevation and the stepped formations in landscape created by these level changes based from the core, the tower. Through thoughtfully designed entrances, terraces, separated gardens, and organized circulation cores, the project presents the unifying power of music while also gaining strength from the privacy of the musician with wisely used material and elevation differences.
