NEST-U+ is a post-disaster architectural project inspired by the visionary Plug-In City concept while criticizing it. It proposes an adaptable system in which modular, independent units are organized around a central core that functions as the primary structural and operational framework. Designed for rapid and efficient assembly in emergency conditions, the project prioritizes flexibility, speed, and ease of construction. The modular units can be reconfigured to accommodate diverse needs such as shelter, communal spaces, medical facilities, or logistical support. Overall, NEST-U+ aims to create a resilient, scalable, and multifunctional environment capable of supporting communities during and after crises
