Three Strips
Three strips form the dwelling units. While the middle strip acts as a spine, one remains for private, and the other is for common functions. Strips allow the creation of several variations by moving vertically and occasionally duplicating based on capacity. Different configurations of the selected five variations create voids. Bigger voids with social functions were formed by extracting some units with balance. The building consists of gallery, units, garden in between, podium, rooftop. Units are connected to gallery with enclosed bridges. Gallery includes primary and secondary circulation, and the north facade follows the main staircase with openings.
