This project is grounded in Bergama\u2019s layered urban history and contemporary needs, aiming to reconnect fragmented public spaces through interventions at urban, architectural, and landscape scales. Inspired by the Acropolis, locally known as the High Castle, the design introduces a contemporary counterpart for Lower Bergama, shaping a new performance hall whose pediment, canopies, and terraced circulation reinterpret monumental presence. This gesture is complemented by a reinterpretation of the han typology through interconnected rooms, shaded galleries, and communal courtyards, guiding the transformation of Y\u0131ld\u0131z Garaj\u0131 into a public platform. A grafting strategy extends existing buttresses with new structural elements, while pedestrianizing K\u0131z\u0131l Avlu Street restores continuity with the Red Hall precinct. Together, these operations construct the Lower Castle as a new civic and cultural anchor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
