Ensar Temizel\u2019s research is focused on the exploration of historical and contemporary
intersections between architecture and computer technologies, with a particular interest
in the field of cybernetics. He is primarily engaged in investigating the role of
cybernetics in machine intelligence research in architecture inspired by the work and
legacy of Gordon Pask. Temizel earned his Ph.D. in Architecture from Middle East
Technical University in 2022 and completed his post-doctoral research at Carnegie
Mellon University in 2024. His research has received support through grants and
awards, including scholarships by T\u00dcB\u0130TAK and a fellowship by the Canadian Centre
for Architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
