It encourages production, research, and education while linking Govan and Partick neighborhoods with bridges and paths. The emphasis on industry, research, and educational clusters supports inclusiveness and regional growth. Environmental sustainability is emphasized through a focus on low-carbon transportation, green infrastructure, and water management.
