\u201cEast Harbour ZIP\u201d reimagines Frankfurt\u2019s Osthafen, once an industrial hub producing raw materials, into an engine of cultural, social, and intellectual production. Addressing migration-related fragmentation and brain drain, the project transforms this strategic zone\u2014located between Offenbach\u2019s dense migrant population and Frankfurt\u2019s gentrified city center\u2014into a space of opportunity for both locals and nonlocals. Through the \u201cZIP\u201d concept, it stitches together divided urban fabrics via production circles fostering innovation, creativity, human connection, and knowledge. Former industrial grounds now host cultural nodes, social factories, and knowledge hubs\u2014producing not goods, but ideas, art, and community\u2014marking a shift from industrial economy to inclusive urban regeneration.\u00a0
