The ground floor hosts permanent local artisan stores focused on textiles, carpets, wood, and copper\u2014materials deeply rooted in Adana\u2019s identity. These stores not only sell products but also showcase live production processes. In the basement, workshops and exhibition spaces are located; this floor is connected to the ground floor through voids and staircases, forming a lively, continuous public space. The first floor acts as a symbolic horizontal mass that brings together different artistic disciplines. This level includes an R&amp;D and incubation center where students and professionals can collaborate with artisans. A double fa\u00e7ade system improves climate performance while also serving as a display of traditional materials. The historic \u00c7ift\u00e7iler Birli\u011fi building has been preserved by inserting a transparent display area inside, which is visible from both the interior through ramps and from Ta\u015f
