The transformation of building density in the Mebusevleri neighborhood has resulted in a marked decrease in green spaces, prompting a design approach that prioritizes livability and community integration. The project aims to create a balanced environment by incorporating semi-public spaces, while addressing the distinct needs of both the homeowner and short-term residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The design program includes a bespoke private residence and a short-term rental unit, carefully tailored to meet the functional requirements of the owner and future occupants. Additionally, the project integrates public-facing amenities, such as communal spaces and a painting studio, which are seamlessly woven into the urban context. The proposal harmonizes these elements with the existing architectural fabric, fostering a dialogue between private use and public engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
