The design is divided into two distinct zones: one for the residents and the other for the rental area. At the client\u2019s request, the rental zone (containing 3 studios: Writing studio in ground floor, architecture and painting studios in 1st<\/sup> floor, and a semi open gathering area) is entirely separated to ensure privacy for resident family. Given the demanding schedules of all four family members, the client emphasized the need for a home that fosters connection and interaction among the family while maintaining individual privacy. To achieve this, I proposed a design featuring a descending spatial arrangement. This approach defines spaces through varying height levels, enabling visual connection and seamless interaction while avoiding disconnection or overly segregated areas.\u00a0
