The Functional Art Complex unites learning, living, and art in a vibrant community. Anchored by a dynamic school building, it features shared art studios, photography labs, classrooms, seminar rooms, exhibition spaces, cafes, shops, and social hubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dormitories and guesthouses provide adaptable living spaces for students, educators, and artists, balancing privacy and socialization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Built on the concept of \u201copenness\u201d<\/em>, the project fosters interaction through its steel structural system, enabling flexible spaces, visual interaction of different uses and seamless integration of functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is more than a complex\u2014it\u2019s a space where creativity thrives, connections deepen, and life and art converge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
