It redefines circulation by utilizing roofs as terraces, creating flexible spaces that embody the concept of openness. By harmonizing with the urban fabric, the building integrates seamlessly with its surroundings, taking inspiration from the height of nearby structures. This approach allows for the creation of terraces that provide stunning views of the sea and Topkap\u0131 Palace.
