The project includes the addition of walking and biking paths along the stream to enhance community interaction. The abandoned rope factory will be converted into a community center and cultural event space, bringing social and economic vitality to the area. An alternative waterway and micro-hydro turbines will provide energy production, promoting environmental sustainability. Additionally, the project will feature community gardens and pottery workshops to strengthen social bonds.
