The historic Filyos Fire Brick Factory continues production, symbolizing continuity, while adaptive reuse strategies repurpose parts of the site for shops and recreational areas. This aligns with the ethos of &#8220;Where there&#8217;s smoke from the Filyos chimney, there&#8217;s life.&#8221; The project balances industrial heritage preservation with sustainable development.
