The complex will comprise a kindergarten and an elderly nursing center, with shared spaces that prioritize privacy for both user groups. Additionally, the complex will produce goods to be sold in on-site commercial establishments and at the nearby Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Sal\u0131 pazar\u0131. This initiative will create job opportunities for the elderly in ground-floor public stores. Moreover, a community garden will be accessible to all residents, fostering interaction and mitigating the negative effects of urban regeneration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To address the challenging topography, the project will incorporate strategic terracing and urban green corridors, reducing noise pollution from the nearby Istanbul highway. Notably, the Kurba\u011fal\u0131dere stream will be revitalized through the implementation of a greywater management system, which is included in the scope of revitalizing the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
