The design takes into account the library&#8217;s location on three different axes, each with distinct visual connections to the sea, Moda pier, and Moda street, which also influenced its functions. These three longitudinal masses are situated atop a horizontal base, housing the main reading hall featuring a grand tree that not only provides natural light but also establishes a refreshing environment at the heart of the library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, this library, conceptualized with art and music in mind, is elevated from the ground using columns and load-bearing walls, allowing for enhanced natural lighting and views for its users. Beneath the structure, a botanical space is created, adding to the overall appeal and functionality of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity
