Emphasizing sustainability, the project employs both passive and active strategies to optimize energy efficiency, leveraging natural elements such as sun, wind, and light. With a strong focus on connectivity and community, this urban design aims to cater to the vibrant energy of the youth while providing environmentally friendly and inclusive spaces for leisure,
