The project circulates around two courtyards in order to maximise the utilisation from the sunlight while providing views from the inner valley throughout the complex, even from the roof. Moreover, with this \u201ccity\u201d concept, the project benefits from different unit typologies, in which the game \u201cTetris\u201d is used as an inspiration. By doing so, E-CoCITT\u00c0 proposes different unit types to the users with the 3D variations obtained from Tetris.
