To reduce the outcomes of this crisis; an Awareness, Research &amp; Rehabilitation Center is proposed to Sapanca to host research facilities about the water crisis and a rehabilitation center for animals who were affected by the crisis. The Center is also an attempt to raise awareness about the water crisis among locals and visitors by allowing them to observe the processes of water rehabilitation and water cycle through journeys in the laboratory\/exhibition areas.
