The longitudinal strip is reserved for accommodation and lodging purposes and is enriched with open social spaces. The design provides a collaborative working environment to increase the interaction among students and researchers such as workshop spaces, ateliers, and designated co-working areas. The ground level includes a cafeteria &amp; restaurant and exhibition spaces including a maquette &amp; installation exhibition, material museum, art gallery, and material museum. Additionally, the ground floor offers a library, bookstore, and stationary for public use. The main source of light is provided by the oval extension openings on the roof throughout the day. The roof level is used as a semi-open social space with seating areas and greenery.
