Arts &amp; crafts center offers its users various workshops and ateliers on the ground and first floor and offices on the upper two floors. Research center mostly serves as an educational center. There are workshops, laboratories and classes on the ground and first floor. In addition to this, upper two floors serve as an guest house for researchers to accommodate. Main design decision was to having gallery spaces in all of the buildings to utilize the sunlight and protect the building from direct south light by having an outer skin on the south
