Reimagining the traditional family apartment, this project positions the \u201csofa\u201d as a shared communal ground. Four unit types, ranging from single residents to extended families, accommodate diverse social structures within a cohesive system. Each unit is organized through a split-level strategy: the lower level contains wide, neutral, and flexible spaces, while upper levels host private rooms opening to balconies overlooking the sofa. This creates a double-height communal volume that balances collectivity and privacy. Units are assembled into tower and village clusters, evoking the \u201ckonak\u201d spirit through shared kitchens, landings, and courtyards. A podium with shops, pop-up spaces, and a kids\u2019 street anchors community life, extending co-housing vertically and horizontally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
